Our Re-Manufactured carts are available in the Rekke and Trekk models, offered in both non-lifted and lifted versions.
The carts are built on a club car base and both models undergoes a comprehensive rebuild, with new long-lasting Teflon bushes replacing the old ones. Additionally, all steering and suspension components are replaced, and the carts undergo a full respray and re-upholstery. New LED lights, windshields, alloy wheels, floor mats, and batteries are fitted. The Rekke has re-painted panels and looks the same as a new cart.
Our premium model is the Trekk, which, like the Rekke, is fully rebuilt from the ground up. However, Trekks come with brand-new dashboards, roofs, body panels, and seats – all made in the USA to provide a superior luxury feel.
Both the Rekke and Trekk models are delivered to you as if they were new and at a substantial discount compared to the cost of a new cart.

We provide a variety of utility vehicles, ranging from classic golf cart-style utilities to industrial Mules available in two and four-seat formats, TGBG raneh come in 2WD or 4WD options and come with a range of pemium options like air-conditioning and power steering. All utility vehicles undergo additional treatment in the UAE to better suit the regional climate. This extra treatment is designed to extend the product’s lifespan, safeguarding the value of your investment and ensuring prolonged operational efficiency. All models are available with either maintenance fee, lead acid or lithium batteries.

Founder’s Message
My name is Rich Bellia, and I am the founder of The Golf Buggy Guy.
Before entering the world of golf buggies, I spent over 25 years in the events industry. When the pandemic hit in 2020 and the events sector came to a standstill, I looked for a way to stay active. What began as servicing residents’ golf carts from my garage in Jumeirah Golf Estates, Dubai, has since grown into a full-service company with three purpose-fitted premises.
Today, The Golf Buggy Guy does much more than servicing and repairs. We sell new carts, overhaul fleets, manage annual maintenance contracts for both corporate and residential clients, offer customization and upgrades, handle ad hoc repairs, and provide rental solutions for individuals, corporations, and events.
Customer service has always been at the heart of everything we do—driven by my passion for exceeding expectations and putting our customers first.
Building on my background in events, I launched our rental division in 2023. After a successful first year, we invested heavily to grow our fleet to over 550 vehicles, including 250 brand-new units, with the rest meticulously maintained and just one year old.
Every new cart is equipped with long-running lithium batteries, GPS technology, and solar panels to align with modern ESG requirements.
Our proposition goes beyond simply supplying carts—we provide a complete solution for managing rental fleets at your event. With my experienced team on hand to support you throughout, I am confident that we can deliver a seamless and premium experience.

We stock a wide range of spare parts for all major brands of carts including Club Car, EZGO, Marshall, LV Tong, Polaris and Kawasaki. Instead of replacing your fleet, we offer a comprehensive re-manufacturing service that delivers carts which look, feel, and perform like new—all at a significant cost saving compared to purchasing new vehicles. Every refurbishment project is backed by our comprehensive warranty and ongoing after-sales support, ensuring confidence throughout the renewed lifespan of your carts.
We cater to fleets of any size, providing flexible solutions from individual carts to full fleet programs. To minimize operational disruption, we also provide loan vehicles during major renovations.
Case Study: Dubai Golf
When Dubai Golf sought to enhance their customer experience, they engaged The Golf Buggy Guy to refurbish the Emirates Golf Club fleet for deployment at Yas Golf Club. The carts were successfully re-manufactured and delivered in January 2023, providing Yas with a “like-new” fleet at a fraction of replacement cost. A four-year service and maintenance plan was also included, ensuring long-term reliability and peace of mind.
Since then, we’ve successfully completed two further fleet refurbishments, each tailored to the client’s unique needs.

Corporate Fleet Maintenance Solutions
We provide comprehensive support for corporate entities managing golf cart fleets, including tailored Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs). Depending on fleet usage, our team schedules regular monthly service visits to keep carts in peak condition.
Each visit includes a detailed service report, addressing internal health and safety requirements—an essential consideration for carts used in front-of-house operations where reliability and presentation are critical.
Our specialized technicians are trained to identify both current and potential issues early, ensuring your fleet runs smoothly with minimal downtime and maximum operational efficiency.
The Garage, spanning 10,000 sq. ft. in DIP, serves as our centralized facility housing workshop, fabrication, and painting areas. With substantial investments in state-of-the-art equipment, we ensure comprehensive oversight of nearly all operations carried out on-site.
This hub is pivotal for our cart re-manufacturing, fleet refurbishments, and various customer projects. We specialize in bespoke endeavors, such as refurbishing and redesigning a train for a VIP client, alongside ongoing ventures like crafting a dinosaur-themed cart. Furthermore, we offer optional extras like toolboxes and suspension upgrades.
In a recent case study, we assumed maintenance responsibility for the fleet of carts at Nad Al Sheba. By conducting regular visits, we seamlessly transitioned from their previous service providers. A spokesperson from Nad Al Sheba lauded our services, noting our responsiveness, reliability, and comprehensive maintenance approach for all brands.
Beyond specialized projects, we offer routine maintenance and repair services for petrol and electric golf carts and ATVs, ensuring peak performance and longevity.

Our Story
Rich Bellia, founder of The Golf Buggy Guy, built the business from humble beginnings. Having spent years in the events industry, Rich was faced with a sudden standstill when the pandemic hit in 2020. Determined to stay active, he began servicing residents’ golf carts from his garage in Jumeirah Golf Estates, Dubai.
Through word of mouth and social media, his reputation grew rapidly. Whenever residents needed their buggies fixed, the common advice was simple: “Call The Golf Buggy Guy.” From that phrase, the brand was born.
Since then, the company has grown into a full-scale operation, now employing over 30 dedicated team members. We operate from purpose-fitted facilities in Jumeirah Golf Estates, with “The Garage”—our flagship workshop equipped with state-of-the-art equipment—strategically located in Dubai Investment Park.

Founder
Rich was born in Italy, raised in England and has lived all over the world! He founded the business following a long career in the events industry. Richard saw a unique opportunity to build a business providing superior local customer service to meet the needs of golf cart owners and operators. He provides the inspiration and leadership to ensure we focus on exceeding our customers expectations whilst seeking further growth opportunities.
Mike Murray
Partner
Mike was a career banking holding various senior finance, strategy and opertional positions in Citibank, Barclays and ADIB, his career spans covering UK, Europe, MENA and ASIA. Mike was originally a customer of the golf buggy guy and following a chance meeting with Richard when his cart broke down led to him investing in the business and joining it full time in June 2025. Mike looks after the strategic development of the business as well as helping Richard drive operational performance.

Emiliano Sala joined The Golf Buggy Guy in 2024 having moved from a competitor firm where he was General Manager. Emiliano successfully built that business to be the market leader in the supply of rental carts securing the three largest contracts in the UAE and in addition the business specialized in corporate sales. Emiliano brings a wealth of knowledge in areas where we were light and will play a significant role in helping us expand the business.
