For enhanced value, our Re-Manufactured range undergoes meticulous re-manufacturing, guaranteeing they exhibit the look, feel, and performance of brand-new carts. Our commitment extends beyond sales; each cart is purpose-fit and undergoes additional treatment to withstand challenging climates.
Most importantly, we deliver full, comprehensive, and rapid after-sales support. Our ultimate goal is not only to sell carts but also to establish a long-lasting partnership. The carts are built on a club car base and both models undergoes a comprehensive rebuild, with new long-lasting Teflon bushes replacing the old ones. Additionally, all steering and suspension components are replaced, and the carts undergo a full respray and re-upholstery. New LED lights, windshields, alloy wheels, floor mats, and batteries are fitted. The Rekke has re-painted panels and looks the same as a new cart.
Our premium model is the Trekk, which, like the Rekke, is fully rebuilt from the ground up. However, Trekks come with brand-new dashboards, roofs, body panels, and seats – all made in the USA to provide a superior luxury feel.
Both the Rekke and Trekk models are delivered to you as if they were new and at a substantial discount compared to the cost of a new cart.

My name is Rich Bellia, and I’m the founder of The Golf Buggy Guy. Before diving into the world of golf buggies, I spent years in the events industry. However, when the pandemic hit in 2020 and everything came to a standstill, I found myself looking for ways to stay active. That’s when I started servicing residents’ golf carts right out of my garage in Jumeirah Golf Estates, Dubai. Our offerings have since evolved. We have moved into three purpose fitted out premises and in addition to servicing and repairs, we now sell new carts, overhaul fleets, manage annual maintenance contracts for both corporate and residential clients, offer customization and upgrades, handle ad hoc repairs, and provide rentals for individuals, corporations, and events.
At The Golf Buggy Guy, customer service is at the heart of everything we do, driven by my passion for exceeding expectations and putting our customers first.
Knowledge from working for over 25 years in the events industry led me to start a rental division on a small scale in 2023 and following a successful first year we have significantly invested to grow the fleet to over 330 vehicles in total, including 250 brand new vehicles of different configurations. All new carts have been installed with powerful long running lithium batteries, are GPS enabled and have solar panels to meet your ESG requirements. I hope my understanding of running events has allowed us to develop a proposition that is beyond just supplying carts but provides a full solution for managing rental carts at your event.

Instead of replacing your fleet, we provide a comprehensive re-manufacturing service for your carts, delivering a high-quality end product that looks, feels, and performs like new—all at a significant discount compared to purchasing new carts. Rest assured with our comprehensive warranty on all refurbishment projects and ongoing support post-project completion to ensure your satisfaction throughout its renewed lifespan.
We cater to fleets of any size, offering flexible solutions from single carts to entire fleets. To minimize disruptions to your operations, we provide loan vehicles during major renovations.
In a notable case study, Dubai Golf, seeking to enhance their customer experience, engaged The Golf Buggy Guy to refurbish the fleet of golf carts from Emirates Golf Club for deployment at Yas Golf Club. Following a successful refurbishment program, the carts were deployed to Yas in January 2023, offering a ‘like new’ fleet at a significantly reduced cost. Additional service plans were provided for peace of mind over the next four years.

The Garage, spanning 10,000 sq. ft. in DIP, serves as our centralized facility housing workshop, fabrication, and painting areas. With substantial investments in state-of-the-art equipment, we ensure comprehensive oversight of nearly all operations carried out on-site.
This hub is pivotal for our cart re-manufacturing, fleet refurbishments, and various customer projects. We specialize in bespoke endeavors, such as refurbishing and redesigning a train for a VIP client, alongside ongoing ventures like crafting a dinosaur-themed cart. Furthermore, we offer optional extras like toolboxes and suspension upgrades.
In a recent case study, we assumed maintenance responsibility for the fleet of carts at Nad Al Sheba. By conducting regular visits, we seamlessly transitioned from their previous service providers. A spokesperson from Nad Al Sheba lauded our services, noting our responsiveness, reliability, and comprehensive maintenance approach for all brands.
Beyond specialized projects, we offer routine maintenance and repair services for petrol and electric golf carts and ATVs, ensuring peak performance and longevity.

Buggy Guy!”
Rich Bellia, the founder of The Golf Buggy Guy, previously worked in the events industry before the pandemic. When the world went into lockdown in 2020 and the events industry ground to a halt, Rich decided to stay active by servicing residents’ golf carts from his garage at his home in Jumeirah Golf Estates, Dubai. Through word of mouth and social media, his reputation quickly grew. When residents sought recommendations for fixing their buggies, the common response was, ‘Call The Golf Buggy Guy.’ And so, the business was born. Since then, the business has expanded and now employs 30 people. It operates from purpose-fitted facilities in Jumeirah Golf Estates, with ‘The Garage,’ equipped with state-of-the-art equipment, located in Dubai Investment Park. The product range has also expanded and now includes the sale of new and Re-Manufactured carts, fleet overhauls, annual maintenance contracts for corporate and residential clients, customization and upgrades, ad hoc repairs, and rentals for individuals, corporates, and the events industry.

Rich was born in Italy, raised in England and has lived all over the world! He founded the business following a long career in the events industry. Richard saw a unique opportunity to build a business providing superior local customer service to meet the needs of golf cart owners and operators. He provides the inspiration and leadership to ensure we focus on exceeding our customers expectations whilst seeking further growth opportunities.

Mike Murray
Partner
Mike was a career banking holding various senior finance, strategy and opertional positions in Citibank, Barclays and ADIB, his career spans covering UK, Europe, MENA and ASIA. Mike was originally a customer of the golf buggy guy and following a chance meeting with Richard when his cart broke down led to him investing in the business and joining it full time in June 2025. Mike looks after the strategic development of the business as well as helping Richard drive operational performance.

Emiliano Sala joined The Golf Buggy Guy in 2024 having moved from a competitor firm where he was General Manager. Emiliano successfully built that business to be the market leader in the supply of rental carts securing the three largest contracts in the UAE and in addition the business specialized in corporate sales. Emiliano brings a wealth of knowledge in areas where we were light and will play a significant role in helping us expand the business.
